The four bedroom, one bathroom home at 6813 Olympic Drive, Bridgeview was sold on Aug. 24 by Alejandro Melero and Christina Lopez for $230,000. The buyer was Nicolas Alec Reyes.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $4,290.51. This is 1.87% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, 17 properties sold in Bridgeview.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Darlene a Pozdal, 90, was the only registered voter residing at 6813 Olympic Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
