The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $6,732.86, 8.63% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Feb. 15, 2019 for $37,000.

So far in August 2021, 39 properties sold in Park Forest.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 433 Wildwood Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Brandon Jerrod Banks, 32, and Briana N. Banks, 25.
