On Sept. 1, Shelon Nzeribe purchased a home at 18012 Oak Ave., Lansing from Shannon A. Quinn for $215,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,940.72, 1.83% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, four properties sold in Lansing.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Shannon A. Quinn has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 18012 Oak Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jamie Quinn, Jeffery A. Quinn, 35, Diane B. Quinn, 53, and Shannon A. Quinn, 54.
