On Sept. 1, Amy L. and Andrew H. Brown purchased a home at 11432 Nueport Drive, Willow Springs from Midland Fed Sav & Loan Association for $370,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $5,434.46, 1.47% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, four properties sold in Willow Springs.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Charlene Le Grand, 78, was the only registered voter residing at 11432 Nueport Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
