A. Approval of the purchase of a Roof-top HVAC unit for the Police Station at a cost of $21,677.08 paid for with funds from the Buildings and Grounds City Hall Building Maintenance line item. 9. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

A. Approval of Resolution No. 2021-09-0411R authorizing a Facade Grant for Commercial Property Owned By D.A.’s Deli at 5201 W. 167th Street. The attached memo from Community Planner Ruane, dated September 9, 2021, provides supporting details.

CITIZENS PARTICIPATION: The Oak Forest City Council invites public comment at its meetings, but it generally does not have the ability to provide an immediate response to some questions raised during the Citizens Participation portion of a council meeting without some reasonable opportunity to review them. Therefore, the City Council encourages questions to also be submitted in writing in the event that they need to be referred to City staff to help assure a more thoughtful and informed response.

The Council Chambers Is Open For The Public To Attend. Social Distancing Must Be Maintained By Attendees.

EXECUTIVE SESSION: The purpose is to discuss the purchase or lease of real property for use by the City of Oak Forest, including meetings held for the purpose of discussing whether a particular parcel should be acquired, and to discuss the setting of a price for the sale or lease of real estate owned by the City of Oak Forest.
