City of Burbank Committee Met July 14.

Mayor Dan M. Foy called the Committee meeting of July L4,2O2L to order at 7:30 PM.
Members present were: Alderwoman Gagle, Alderman Contreras, Alderwoman Gustafson, Alderman Haerr, Alderman Paella, Alderman Piznarski, Alderman Phillips, Mayor Foy, Clerk Szymczak and Treasurer D. Viverito.
Under Department of Zoning, Alderman Robert @ntreras filed the following report:
Petition #21-06-1 Irin & Jasson Barrios 6532 West 81st St Burbank, IL, requesting a variation t install a 6' privacy fence on front yard side set back which was approved by Zoning.
Petition #21-06-2 Manuel Gonzalez 8100 S. Austin Burbank, IL, requesting a variation to install a 6' privacy fence on front yard side set back which has approved by Zoning
Petition #21-06-3 Anup Daraji 8529 S. Leclaire Burbank, IL. requesting an appeal/ reconsideration of decision by Zoning" Planning and Development Commission to deny (failure to approve or deny) application for zoning variation to allow construction of an oversize garage (:t4X:t4)- Revised plans were resubmitted along with a letter of appeal/ reconsideration which was reviewed by City Council. Alderman Phillps made a motion seconded by Alderman Contreras to approve the appeal. A roll call indicated the following: Alderwoman Gagle - AYE, Alderman Contreras - AYE, Alderwoman Gustafson - AYE, Alderman Haerr - AYE, Alderman Pacella - AYE, Alderman Piznarski - AYE and Alderman Phillips - AYE. Motion passed.
Chief Gilgenberg informed City Council that Battalion Chief Marty Kreil III has been given the added responsibilities of 2d an Command of Operations for the Burbank Fire Department
There being no further business the Chair asked for a motion to adjourn. The motion was made by Alderman Contreras and seconded by Alderwoman Gagle with unanimous voice approval and so declared by the Chair- The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 P.M.
