On Sept. 3, Kosky (trust), Tracey M. Kosky (trustee) and John E. Kosky (trustee) purchased a home at 61 Huntington Court 061, Burr Ridge from Christine Marie Dahl (trustee), Christine Marie Dahl (trust), Rick K. Dahl (trustee) and K. Dahl Rick (trust) for $650,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $9,981.85, which is 1.54% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on April 3, 2012 for $465,000.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Burr Ridge as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Rick K. Dahl has been registered to vote since 2013 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary. Christine M. Dahl has been registered to vote since 2012.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
