Marzena and Ted Predki acquire 152 Galway Lane, Lemont

The home at 152 Galway Lane, Lemont was sold on Sept. 2 by Marcia A. Lata (trust) and Marcia A. Lata (trustee) for $601,000. The buyers were Marzena and Ted Predki.

This home last sold for $350,000 on Sept. 2, 1993.

So far in September 2021, nine properties sold in Lemont.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Marcia Lata (75) has been registered to vote since 1985 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and two Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
