The three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 334 Illinois St., Park Forest was sold on Sept. 2 by Kma Housing Resource LLC for $190,000. The buyer was Nefertiri Sanford.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $6,348.90. This is 3.34% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Oct. 20, 2020 for $55,000.

So far in September 2021, four properties sold in Park Forest.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Lori L. Gowers, 72, was the only registered voter residing at 334 Illinois St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
