On Sept. 2, Tara and Eric Ehlers purchased a home at 9330 S. Turner Ave., Evergreen Park from Lidia Nava (trustee) for $250,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,577.80, 1.83% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, five properties sold in Evergreen Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Efrain Esquivel, was the only registered voter residing at 9330 S. Turner Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
