Village of Evergreen Park President and Board of Trustees met Dec. 20.

5. Request Board approval of the following Ordinance(s):
A. ORDINANCE NO. 26-2021, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF EVERGREEN PARK APPROVING A SITE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH NICOR GAS COMPANY ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED 9558 MAPLEWOOD AVENUE, EVERGREEN PARK, ILLINOIS.”
6. Request from Fire Chief Ron Kleinhaus to purchase the following items.
A. 12 self contained breathing apparatus.
B. One (1) 2021 Ford Expedition.
7. Request from Fire Chief Ron Kleinhaus to auction a 2012 Ford Expedition.
8. Request Board approval of an Affiliation Agreement Between Moraine Valley Community College and the Village of Evergreen Park.

VI. ADJOURNMENT: The Open Meeting Act provides for public bodies to meet in sessions closed to the public to discuss certain subject matters. No official action can be taken at a closed session; therefore, any decision reached by the Board will be ratified at a subsequent public meeting.
