3) APPROVAL OF MINUTES

i. Approve a Consent Agenda to Approve and Hold Minutes of Executive Closed Sessions for the Following Dates:

ii. Approve the Journal of Proceedings of the Board Meeting for January 11, 2022

4) PUBLIC COMMENT

All questions and comments must be directed to the Mayor. Each speaker may comment on any matter concerning the business of the Sauk Village Municipality. Each speaker is allowed one opportunity to speak for up to three (3) minutes and may not engage in debate, counter-replies, or rebuttals. Residents cannot defer their Public Comment time to another speaker until their time has been registered with their name and the time clock has started.
