Celebrate fall with the City of Blue Island & the Blue Island Park District, and help decorate Boo! Island for the season by signing up your business, club, or organization to decorate a scarecrow to display in front of your business or at the Park at York & Western. This event is free and sign up is limited – registration deadline is October 16.
