Audience Participation
An Oak Forest couple attended to complain about the ASTOUND take-over of WOW. They were the same people who came in August. They had 10 or 12 service technicians and got no results. They must unplug and re-plug the cable box frequently to see TV programs. They still are missing several stations, including the government station. ASTOUND customer service has not been helpful. They asked us for help.
