FOUR PLAYERS FROM GSU MEN'S SOCCER NAMED NAIA SCHOLAR-ATHLETES

The Governors State University men's soccer team had four student- athletes earn Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors and was recognition by the national office on Monday afternoon. 

Alexander Judd, Raz Levy, Juan Manuel Rodriguez, and Pablo Rosso were named NAIA Scholar-Athletes for their outstanding efforts in the classroom. 

In order to qualify for the honor, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and have attended one full year at the university. Click HERE for full men's soccer list. 

The GSSU men's soccer team finished the 2022 season with a record of 9-4-5 (CCAC 8-2-3) and qualified for the CCAC tournament.
