COMCAST - Yohan Fernando could not attend. Nothing new to report.
WOW - none

Audience Participation
The same Oak Forest couple who attended in August and September complained again about the ASTOUND take-over of WOW. People had been at their home and said they would see if they could replace the cable box with an old WOW box.
They are thinking of going to COMCAST.
We will check with COMCAST to see if there is service in their neighborhood.
