Village of Bridgeview Village Board of Trustees met April 19

Here are the minutes provided by the board of trustees:

CALL TO ORDER Mayor Landek called the Regular Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Bridgeview to order at 12:03 pm, on Wednesday, April 19, 2023. 

PLEDGE Mayor Landek led the Pledge of Allegiance. 

ROLL CALL 

Roll Call indicated the following Trustees present: 

Trustees Cecott, Pticek, Pinion, Higginson, Struzik, and Lewis

Also Present: Mayor Landek, Clerk Altar, Attorney Cainkar, Police Chief Mancha, HR Director Pannaralla, and Building Director Struzik 

2023-M-40 APPROVE MINUTES OF APRIL 5, 2023 

Motion by Trustee Lewis and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve the minutes of the regularly scheduled Board Meeting of April 5, 2023. 

Upon roll call, the vote was: 

AYES: 6- Trustees Cecott, Pticek, Pinion, Higginson, Struzik, and Lewis 

NAYES: 0 

There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED 

2023-M-41 APPOINTMENT OF JOE HOENSELAAR 

Motion by Trustee Higginson and seconded by Trustee Cecott to Approve the Appointment of Joe Hoenselaar to the Police Pension Board 

Upon roll call, the vote was: 

AYES: 6- Trustees Cecott, Pticek, Pinion, Higginson, Struzik, and Lewis 

NAYES: 0 

There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED 

2023-M-42 APPROVAL OF BILLS PAYABLE 

Motion by Trustee Pticek and seconded by Trustee Lewis to Approve the Bills Payable as of April 19, 2023 

Upon roll call, the vote was: 

AYES: 6– Trustees Cecott, Pticek, Pinion, Higginson, Struzik, and Lewis 

NAYES: 0 

There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED

2023-M-43 APPROVAL OF THE 2023 SUMMER WORK PROGRAM 

Motion by Trustee Pticek and seconded by Trustee Higginson to Approve the 2023 Summer Work Program Intergovernmental Agreement between the Township of Lyons IL and the Village of Bridgeview 

Upon roll call, the vote was: 

AYES: 6- Trustees Cecott, Pticek, Pinion, Higginson, Struzik and Lewis 

NAYES: 0 

There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED 

2023-M-44 ADJOURN 

Motion by Trustee Lewis and seconded by Trustee Cecott to Adjourn the regular Board Meeting of April 19, 2023. 

Upon roll call, the vote was: 

AYES: 6- Trustees Cecott, Pticek, Pinion, Higginson, Struzik, and Lewis 

NAYES: 0 

There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
