City of Harvey City Council met Aug. 7.

Mayor Christopher J. Clark called the City of Harvey Special Council Meeting to order Monday - August 7, 2023, at 6:00 p.m.
Mayor Clark asked City Clerk Rosa M. Arambula to call the roll of Council members. Present: Alderwoman Shirley Drewenski Alderwoman Colby Chapman, Alderwoman Telanee Smith, Alderman Tracy Key, Alderman Dominque Randle-El, and Mayor Christopher J. Clark. Absent: Alderman Rogers
Mayor Clark gave the Invocation and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS FOR THE CITY OF HARVEY
Old Business- None
New Business
Resolution #3050 A Resolution Authorizing and Approving a Settlement Agreement and Conditional Order of Dismissal Pursuant to Settlement Between the City of Harvey and Invesco Rochester Municipal Opportunities Fund.
Alderman Randle-El made the motion to approve the Resolution.
The Motion was seconded by Alderwoman Smith.
Voting Aye: Aldermen Randel-El, Key, Alderwomen Drewenski, Chapman, Smith.
Voting Nay: None
Abstain: None
Absent: Alderman Rogers

PUBLIC COMMENT: None
Clerk Arambula asked all the Alderpersons to create their calendar for the Committee Meetings so that she can post them for the public.
She also mentioned that she will need the minutes for these meetings once their respective committees have approved them.
ADJOURNMENT: 6:08 p.m.
Alderwoman Drewenski made the motion to adjourn meeting.
The motion was seconded by Alderwoman Smith.
Voting Aye: Alderwomen Drewenski, Chapman, Smith, Aldermen Key, Randle-El.
Voting Nay: None
Abstain: None
Absent: Aldermen Rogers.
