Village of Bridgeview Board of Trustees met Aug. 30

CALL TO ORDER Mayor Landek called the Regular Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Bridgeview to order at 12:04 PM, on Wednesday, August 30, 2023.
PLEDGE Mayor Landek led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL Roll Call indicated the following Trustees present: Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, and Struzik.
Absent: Trustee Lewis
Also Present: Mayor Landek, Clerk Altar, Police Chief Mancha, Fire Chief Grzadziel, HR Director Pannaralla, and Building Director Struzik.
2023-M-94 EMERGENCY SERVICES AGREEMENT
Motion by Trustee Higginson and seconded by Trustee Pticek to approve the Emergency Services Agreement between the Village of Bridgeview and Public Consulting Group LLC.
Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 5 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, and Struzik
NAYES: 0
ABSENT: 1- Trustee Lewis
There being five affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
2023-M-95 IT SERVICES AGREEMENT
Motion by Trustee Baste and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve the IT Verity Village of Bridgeview IT Services Agreement.
Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 5 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, and Struzik
NAYES: 0
ABSENT: 1 - Trustee Lewis
There being five affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
2023-M-96 STREET RESURFACING PROJECT
Motion by Trustee Struzik and seconded by Trustee Pinion to approve the 2023 Street Resurfacing Project Bid Award.
Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 5 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, and Struzik
NAYES: 0
ABSENT: 1- Trustee Lewis
There being five affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
2023-M-97 ADJOURN
Motion by Trustee Pinion and seconded by Trustee Higginson to adjourn the regular Board Meeting of August 16, 2023.
Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 5 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, and Struzik
NAYES: 0
ABSENT: 1 - Trustee Lewis
There being five affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
