CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Landek called the Regular Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Bridgeview to order at 12:02 pm, on Wednesday, September 20, 2023.
PLEDGE
Mayor Landek led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL
Roll Call indicated the following Trustees present:
Trustees Higginson. Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis.
Also Present: Mayor Landek, Clerk Altar, Attorney Cainkar, Police Chief Mancha, Fire Chief Grzadziel, and Building Director Struzik.
2023-M-106 APRROVE MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 6, 2023
Motion by Trustee Pinion and seconded by Trustee Pticek to approve the minutes of the regularly scheduled Board Meeting of September 6, 2023. Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 5 - Trustees Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis
NAYES: 0
ABSTAIN: 1- Trustee Higginson
There being five affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
2023-M-107 BILLS PAYABLE
Motion by Trustee Baste and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve the Bills Payable as of September 20, 2023.
Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 6 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis.
NAYES: 0
There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
2023-M-108 SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR 9010 SOUTH BELOIT AVENUE COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS
Motion by Trustee Struzik and seconded by Trustee Pticek for the consideration of/action on the recommendation of the Zoning. Planning and Development Commission to grant a Special Use Permit for the operation of an Auto Repair Shop at 9010 S. Beloit Avenue, Unit G. Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 6 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis.
NAYES: 0
There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
2023-M-109 PAINTING OF THE WATER TOWER
Motion by Trustee Lewis and seconded by Trustee Pinion to approve the Engineer Bid Award recommendation for the 2024 painting of the Elevated Water Tower.
Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 6- Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis.
NAYES: 0
There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
2023-M-110 ADJOURN
Motion by Trustee Lewis and seconded by Trustee Pinion to adjourn the regular Board Meeting of September 20, 2023.
Upon roll call the vote was:
