Approved September minutes.
Treasurer’s Report
Approved September report – we should be at 33% of budget, are at 25%.
April 2023 report has not been received.
Oak Forest Broadcast Network
Ribbon-cutting ceremony at Morton Gingerwood is airing.
Old Business
New secretary, new members. We have had to cancel several meeting in the last year due to lack of a quorum. Remind the administration of the need for new members. Also possible loss of revenue due to streaming.

One e-mail concerning AT&T – notified Sam Baylark.
