City of Oak Forest Planning and Zoning Commission met Feb. 7.

1. ZC# 24-005 17000 S. Cicero Avenue – Rezoning from Residential (R1) to Commercial (C2):

PUBLIC HEARING – The applicant requests review and recommendation of approval of a zoning map amendment from R1 – Single Family District to C2 – General Service Commercial District at 17000 S. Cicero Avenue.

2. ZC# 24-006 17000 S. Cicero Avenue – Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) – Mixed Use:

PUBLIC HEARING – The applicant requests review and recommendation of approval of a final planned development to allow up to five residential dwelling units on top of a commercial garage at 17000 S. Cicero Avenue in the C2- General Service Commercial District.

3. ZC# 24-008 5601 Victoria Drive – Rezoning from Office (O1) to Commercial (C1): PUBLIC HEARING – The applicant requests review and recommendation of approval of a zoning map amendment from O1 – Office District to C1 – Local Commercial District at 5601 Victoria Drive.

4. ZC# 24-007 Lorin Lane Detention Basin – Rezoning from Residential (R2) to Institutional (IB):

PUBLIC HEARING – The applicant requests review and recommendation of approval of a zoning map amendment from R2 – Single Family District to IB – Institutional Building District at 1500 Cicero Avenue.
