a. Motion to approve payment to the Williams Architects in the amount of $7,687.59 for schematic design and development and unit billing items for phase 1 of the Pool Project.
b. Motion to approve payment application #1 to Hacienda Landscaping in the amount of $134,913.78 for construction work completed for the Orchard Park Project.
c. Motion approve $47,230.50 for the final installment of the 2023-24 membership contribution to the South West Special Recreation Association (SWSRA).
d. Motion to waive formal bidding process to purchase slide equipment from Splashtacular in the amount not to exceed $150,000.00 for pool project.
e. Motion to approve Intergovernmental Agreement with School District 128 for use of rooms at Independence Middle School for the summer camp programs. There are no financial obligations attached to this agreement.
