On Tuesday, December 19, former Hillcrest High School standout, Taniya Walker’s current college team, the Prairie State Pioneers, won 85-69 in their NJCAA game against the Kankakee Cavaliers.

The game took place in Kankakee, Illinois. This was the first matchup against the Kankakee Cavaliers this season.

The Prairie State Pioneers’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, January 3 at 3 p.m. in Dowagiac, Michigan.
