Village of Bridgeview Board of Trustees met Feb. 21.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

CALL TO ORDER The Regular Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Bridgeview was called to order by Mayor Landek at 12:06 pm, on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at the Bridgeview Community Center. 

PLEDGE Mayor Landek led the Pledge of Allegiance. 

ROLL CALL Roll Call indicated the following Trustees present: Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis. 

Also Present: Mayor Landek, Clerk Altar, Attorney Cainkar, Police Commander Case, Fire Chief Grzadziel, and HR Director Pannaralla.

2024-M-16  APPROVE MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 7, 2024

Motion by Trustee Lewis and seconded by Trustee Pticek to approve the minutes of the regularly scheduled Board Meeting of February 7, 2024. Upon roll call, the vote was: 

AYES: 6- Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis. 

NAYES: 0 

There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED 

2024-M-17 APPROVE BILLS PAYABLE

Motion by Trustee Baste and seconded by Trustee Lewis to approve the Bills Payable as of February 21, 2024. 

Upon roll call, the vote was: 

AYES: 6 – Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis. 

NAYES: 0 

There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED 

2024-M-18 APPROVE AUDITING SERVICE AGREEMENT 

Motion by Trustee Baste and seconded by Trustee Struzik to approve the 2024 Auditing Service Agreement between the Village of Bridgeview and GW & Associates. 

Upon roll call, the vote was: 

AYES: 6 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis. 

NAYES: 0 

There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED 

2024-M-19 ADJOURN 

Motion by Trustee Struzik and seconded by Trustee Higginson to adjourn the regular Board Meeting of February 21, 2024. 

AYES: 6- Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis. 

NAYES: 0 

There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED 

The meeting ended at 12:10 pm.
