1) Ordinance # An ordinance regarding dumpsters for multifamily residential, commercial, school, and industrial buildings.

This ordinance defines “dumpster” and regulates placement and how they are to be secured. 

2) Resolution # A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into contracts including joint participation agreements with the State of Illinois.

This resolution authorizes the Mayor to participate on behalf of the City with the State of Illinois in the solicitation for the CY2024-2025 Joint Purchase Master Contract for rock salt.

3) Resolution # A resolution approving and authorizing the execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) by and between the County of Cook, Village of Riverdale, and city of Harvey for infrastructure projects.

This resolution authorizes the execution of an IGA between Cook County, Village of Riverdale and the city of Harvey for the County to fund infrastructure projects related to the exploration, inspection, potential dewatering and future repair of the Little Calumet River Tunnel.
