1) Resolution # _______________ A resolution authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement by and between the city of Harvey and the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago for condition assessment and rehabilitation of sanitary sewers in Harvey, Illinois.

This resolution outlines a revised scope and supersedes previously approved IGA for MWRD to perform condition assessment and rehabilitation of approximately 16,381 linear feet of high-risk sanitary sewers and related structures in the City.

2) Resolution # _______________ A resolution approving a redevelopment agreement with Housing Services Initiative NFP developer.

This resolution approves the purchase of city owned property located at 14928-14930 Page, Harvey, Illinois for the purpose of housing opportunities for city residents and sources of revenue.

3) Resolution # _______________ A resolution approving a Real Estate Lease Agreement.

This resolution authorizes Panda Industries to lease city owned property located at 16916 Lathrop Avenue from July 1, 2024 to July 1, 2025 with the option to renew for an additional one (1) year period.

4) Resolution # _______________ A resolution approving a professional services agreement by and between Hera Property Registry, LLC., and the city of Harvey.

This resolution authorizes Hera to provide online vacant and foreclosure property registration services to include, monitoring mortgage defaults and property registration triggers, sending notice to the mortgagee or responsible party of their duty to register the property and registration fee collection.

5) Resolution # _______________ A resolution approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Regional Transportation Authority and the city of Harvey.

This resolution authorized the completion of the access to transit improvement project, which will include the installation of on-street bike lanes along portions of 155th Street, the installation of three crosswalks on 155th Street, and resurfacing of the roadway for safe bike and motorist access.

6) Resolution # _______________ A resolution approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between Pace, Metra and the city of Harvey.

This resolution authorizes various changes made prior to the execution of the IGA approved on February 26, 2024 for the construction of a new Metra & Pace Harvey Intermodal Transportation Center.

7) Resolution # _______________ A resolution approving a Redevelopment Agreement and class 8 designation for certain property.

This resolution authorizes the owner of 14710 Dixie Highway to redevelop the property with a full-service automotive repair and automotive tech training facility, to be known as the “Auto Lab”.
