Village of Bridgeview Board of Trustees met July 17

CALL TO ORDER The Regular Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Bridgeview was called to order by Mayor Landek at 12:00 pm, on Wednesday, July 17, 2024.
PLEDGE Mayor Landek led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL Roll Call indicated the following Trustees present: Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis.
Also Present: Mayor Landek, Clerk Altar, Attorney Cainkar, Fire Chief Grzadziel, and HR Director Pannaralla.
2024-M-78 APPROVE MINUTES OF JULY 3, 2024
Motion by Trustee Pinion and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve the minutes of the regularly scheduled Board Meeting of July 3, 2024. Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 6 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis.
NAYES: 0
There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
2024-M-79 APPROVE EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES
Motion by Trustee Lewis and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve and release the executive session minutes of January 1, 2024, and destroy the audio tapes of 9-21-22 and 11-10-22 all in accordance with the Open Meetings Act. Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 6 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis.
NAYES: 0
There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
2024-M-80 APPROVE BILLS PAYABLE
Motion by Trustee Baste and seconded by Trustee Struzik to approve the bills payable as of July 17, 2024. Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 6 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis.
NAYES: 0
There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
2024-M-81 ADJOURN
Motion by Trustee Lewis and seconded by Trustee Higginson to adjourn the regular Board Meeting of July 17, 2024.
AYES: 6 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Struzik, and Lewis.
NAYES: 0
There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
