Kenneth T. Schweda, an 84-year-old Navy veteran, passed away surrounded by loved ones. Schweda served proudly in the U.S. Navy and was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He is survived by his wife, children, step-children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and his cherished cat, Kenusha.

Schweda, known for his service on various Navy ships, had a career marked by dedication and resilience. His family remembers him as a man of discipline and unwavering love. A visitation will be held on Monday, October 14, 2024, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Tinley Park, IL, with a funeral service to follow.
