Declan Andrew Fase, a resident of Homer Glen, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at the age of 26. He was the beloved son of Matthew and Deborah Fase, loving brother of Riane and Carson, and the cherished grandson of Andrew Fase and Jeanne Anderson.

Declan will be dearly missed by his family, including his relatives and fiancée Briana Rajewski. A visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, October 15, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., followed by a Chapel Service on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at Brady-Gill Funeral Home in Tinley Park.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Joliet Culinary School at Joliet Junior College. Contributions can be made through the college's website by selecting "other" and specifying "Culinary Arts Program" in the drop-down menu.

Declan Andrew Fase will be remembered for the impact he had on those around him and the love he shared with his family and friends.
