Damian R. Mansanarez Jr., aged 87, of Blue Island, IL, passed away on October 28, 2024. Damian was known as an avid bowler and golfer, and enjoyed playing bingo scratch-offs. However, his greatest joy came from spending time with his family.

He was the beloved husband of the late Teresa Mansanarez and the loving father of Maria (Eric) Widstrom, the late Roy (late Jan) Mansanarez, Damian Mansanarez, Teresa Ross, Sylvia Coleman, Paul (Cheryl) Mansanarez, Linda (Jim) Georgeff, Debroah Mansanarez, Roland (Andrea) Mansanarez, and Steve Mansanarez. Damian cherished his role as a grandfather to several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. He was a caring sibling to Isidro “Chilo”, Baldomero, Lionor, Mary Ann, Armando, and Juan.

The visitation for Damian will take place on Monday, November 4, 2024, at Vandenberg Funeral Home in Tinley Park, IL, and the Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Interment will be private. Donations in Damian's memory can be made to Ingalls Hospice.
