Elsie H. Van Drie, 89, passed away on November 4, 2024. She was the beloved wife of Harold Van Drie for 68 years and the loving mother of Barbara, Brian (Denise), Beverly (David), and Glenn (Jean). Elsie was the cherished grandmother of Jacob, Joshua, Matthew, Anna, Joseph, Emma (Thomas), Luke, and Nathan. She is survived by her sister Joyce Garbacz and sister-in-law Eva Schutte, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Elsie expressed her Christian faith through a lifetime of ministry in the Reformed Church and shared her love of music, cooking, sewing, and creating a warm home with her family. Visitation and the Funeral Service were held at Colonial Chapel in Orland Park, IL. Interment took place at Fairmount - Willow Hills Memorial Park in Willow Springs, IL.
