Arlene J. Gaffany (Lucas), 101, passed away on November 8, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert Pierce Gaffany and the loving mother of Susan Pagliaro, Owen Barker, Merry "Georgene" Couch, and the late Bobbi "B.J." Barker. Arlene was the cherished grandmother of many and great-grandmother of Maddie, Grace, Addison, Ethan, Angela, Graham, Zeke, Adelyn, Emersyn, and great-great-grandmother of Levi. She is survived by the memory of her late sister Eleanor Furth and Orla Lucas. Private services were held. Donations to the Chicago Ridge Animal Welfare League are welcomed.
