Robert Allen Sauter, aged 95, of Frankfort, Illinois, passed away on November 12, 2024. Born on July 21, 1929, in Chicago, Robert graduated from Chicago Technical College with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was the beloved husband of Arlene and the loving father of Thomas, and the late Timothy. Robert was the cherished grandfather of Brittany Quinn, Thomas M., and Adam, and the great-grandfather (GG) of Autumn Quinn, Rowan, and Brynn Sauter. He was also a dear brother and fond uncle. A member of the Freemasons, Lawn Lodge #815, the Scottish Rite, and the Medina Shriners, Robert had hobbies including collecting sports memorabilia, clock making, woodworking, and treasured time with family. A funeral visitation will be held on November 19, 2024, at Orland Funeral Home, with a service to follow, and interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Shriners Children's Hospital are appreciated.
