Jose M. Goytia, aged 86, peacefully passed away on January 2, 2025, in Chicago. Born in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico, Goytia moved to the United States in 1956. He was a loving father to Joseph Goytia, Gloria Guerrero, Matthew Sippel, and the late Steven Goytia. Goytia was the cherished grandpa of Daniel Ocasio, Grant Goytia, Gabrielle Goytia, Damian Aguilar, Deven Sippel, and his grand dog Ralphie Jones. He was the proud son of the late Jose and Bienvenida Goytia, and dear brother of Victor, Jesus, Roberto, Juan, and Gladys. Goytia was a dedicated employee of Ford Motor Co., a member of Manatial de Vida Church in Bridgeview, and an enthusiastic Cubs fan. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with the funeral service scheduled for Wednesday at Curley Funeral Home in Chicago Ridge.
