Orland Park, IL - Veneranda Aloe Calvano, aged 95, passed away surrounded by her loved ones. She was the beloved wife of the late Salvatore Calvano.

Veneranda was the devoted mother of Nella (Michael) Troy, Anna (Enzo) Valente, and Lucia (late Michael) Reifeiss. She was the proud grandma of Brian, late Natalie, Danielle, Mikey, and Richard. Adored great-grandma of Dylan, Isabella, Lena, Claire, Vivian, Marc, Abriana, Samuel, and Julia.

Born to the late Francesco and Domenica Aloe, Veneranda was the loving sister of the late Settimio, late Anna, Carmelo, Lidia, Amalia, and Amedeo. She was also the beloved aunt and great-aunt of many nieces and nephews in Italy.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on Friday, starting at 8:30 a.m., followed by prayers at 9:45 a.m. at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home in Orland Park, IL. A Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Woods Church, and a live stream of the Mass will be made available at https://www.asimplestreaming.com/vacalvano.

Interment will take place at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
