Orland Park, IL - Ernest John Little Jr., lovingly known by many, passed away, leaving behind memories of a life well-lived. Beloved husband of the late Rose Marie Little (nee O’Connor) and Beverly Little (nee Vanderhoof), Ernest was the devoted father of Susan Marie Little (Bruce Peach).

He was a dear brother to Robert (late Phyllis), William (Nancy), late Richard (Gloria), Mary (late Ronald) Knaus, and Dorothy (late John) Malinowski. Ernest cherished his role as an uncle, cousin, and friend to many in his community.

Ernest's commitment to service included achieving 4th Degree Knight status in the Knights of Columbus, a reflection of his dedication to his faith and community.

A visitation will be held on Saturday from 2-8 p.m. at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home in Orland Park, IL. A service will take place at 7 p.m.

Ernest will be laid to rest in a private interment.
