Frederick James Hirsch passed away peacefully on March 12, 2025, at the age of 85. He was the cherished husband of the late Judy Hirsch, a devoted Christian, and a loving father to Barbara, James, and Thomas. Fred took pride in his role as a grandfather to seven grandchildren and two great-grandsons.

Known for his passion for classic cars, particularly Corvettes, Fred enjoyed attending car shows and collecting Lionel trains. He had a knack for tinkering with gadgets and will be fondly remembered for his dry sense of humor that brought joy to his loved ones.

Visitation and a brief service will be held on March 21, 2025, at Colonial Chapel in Orland Park. Private burial will take place at Fairmount-Willow Hills Memorial Park.
