Direct the Village Attorney to prepare an Ordinance upon the request of Fadi Tarabiah, 1-90 Automotive, for a special use to permit a used auto sales and repair shop business with minor work such as oil changes, engine/transmission work, body work and painting along with the used auto dealership. All vehicles must be stored in a designated fenced in area, along with following all EPA guidelines in the disposal of oil and/or antifreeze waste, as well as, the outside of the building and surrounding area need to be clean and maintained on the premises of 3803 W. 135th St. 

B. Consideration of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Village of Crestwood and the Illinois Order of Police Labor Council on behalf of the Village of Crestwood Division Chiefs.regarding Division Chief as an exempt position. 

C. Consideration of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Village of Crestwood and the Illinois Order of Police Labor Council on behalf of the Village of Crestwood Police Officers regarding certain officers received extra service time credit

D. Consideration of an Ordinance amending the liquor control act of the Crestwood Village Code. 

E. Consideration of an Ordinance proposing approval of a redevelopment plan and project for and the designation of the Pulaski Rd./143rd Street Redevelopment project area and the adoption of tax increment allocation financing therefor, convening a joint review board and calling a public hearing in connection therewith 

F. Consideration of an Ordinance opting out of the requirements of the Cook County paid leave ordinance for all school district workers in the Village of Crestwood, Cook County, Illinois 

G. Consideration of a Resolution in support of Class 8 Status pursuant to the Cook County Real Property Classification Ordinance as amended November 4, 2014 as amended for certain Real Estate located at 13863 S. Cicero Avenue (Crestwood Navi Properties, LLC)
