Nino James Cuttone | Vandenberg Funeral Home - Tinley Park

Nino James Cuttone, aged 63, of Chicago, IL, passed away on March 31, 2025. Known for his dedication as a father, brother, son, stepson, stepbrother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend, Nino served with the Chicago Office of Emergency Management and had a successful career as an electronic engineer with the Chicago Police Department for over 30 years, specializing in counterterrorism.

Throughout his career, Nino exhibited exceptional skill in fixing various equipment, including helicopters, cameras, scanners, and computers. He deeply valued time spent with his family, particularly his daughter Brittany, and will be dearly missed by many.

Nino is survived by his daughter, Brittany Ann Cuttone; sister, Gena Marie (Mike) Kawka; step-siblings Lisa Loh and Joseph Borski Jr; stepfather Joseph Borski Sr; nieces Shannon Moses, Sarah (Ryan) Wilder, and nephew Zachary Kawka; as well as uncle Nino Joseph (Cindy) Cuttone, and numerous cousins.
