She was the beloved wife of the late Nick Tsiones and is survived by her children Frank and his wife Rita, George and his wife Tammy, and John and his wife Suzy. Georgia was a proud YiaYia to Nick, Jayda, Max, Jake, Niko, and Luke.
Georgia had a passion for preparing Greek food and other cuisines, making family gatherings special with her delicious cooking. In her later years, she found joy in spending time at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church with fellow members of the Philoptochos Society, assisting those in need.
While Georgia will be greatly missed by all, her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her, as she watches over them from above.
Friends and family are invited to the visitation on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church, 7560 S. Archer Road, Justice, Illinois, with a Funeral Service to follow at 10:00 a.m.
Interment will take place at Elmwood Cemetery in River Grove, Illinois.
Those who wish to offer condolences or support may do so by sending flowers to the family or planting a tree in memory of Georgia through the floral store.
