Carolyn J. Bolam (nee Kania), 83, passed away on March 29th at South Suburban Hospital. She was the beloved daughter of Walter and Josephine, and the cherished wife of the late Dale S. Bolam. Carolyn is survived by her devoted son, Chuck (Cindi) Patula.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 11th from 3-8 p.m. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, starting with prayers at 9:15 a.m. at the funeral home, moving to St. George Church for a 10:00 a.m. Mass. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Polycystic Kidney Foundation. Floral arrangements can be sent through the designated floral store.
