4. Closed session - personnel matters including:
A. Review of the closed session minutes of March 31, 2025.
B. Review and discuss the applicants for Firefighter/Paramedic.
C. Discuss Police Department procedures for promotion with the Police Chief and the Police Union representative at this or at a special meeting with a date to be decided.
5. Return to open session.
6. Act on matters discussed in closed session.
7. Discuss the letter from Conrad Polygraph.
8. Public participation.
9. Adjourn.
