Fred W. Ludwig Jr. passed away peacefully on April 26, 2025, surrounded by his family. He was a devoted husband for 65 years, an amazing father, proud grandfather, and great-grandfather who found immense joy in his family. Fred is survived by his wife Margueritte, children Paul, Rob, Steve, and Christine, grandchildren Freddy, Brandan, Shannon, Katelynn, Kristy, Hannah, Maggie, David, Robbie, and great-grandchildren Ishana, Khairaoh, Kaliah, Kadin, Lexi Rose, and baby Harley.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Chapel Service at 1:30 p.m. at Curley Funeral Home in Chicago Ridge. Fred, an avid Cubs fan, will be remembered by all. For funeral information, contact (708) 422-2700 or visit www.curleyfuneralhome.com.
