Elsa "Elsita" Hernandez, 84, peacefully passed away on May 13, 2025. She was the loving daughter of Miguel Angel and Carlota, the beloved mother of Elsa Carolina and Moises, and the adored grandmother of Alexander, Leonel, Eric, and Willhelm Zechariah.

A visitation in honor of Elsa will be held on Monday, May 19, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Sagrada Familia Funeral Home in Burbank, IL. The funeral mass will take place on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at St. Bede the Venerable in Chicago, IL.

In memory of Elsa "Elsita" Hernandez, floral tributes can be sent to the family or trees can be planted. Elsa will be remembered for her love, care, and the lasting impact she had on her family's lives.
