Aged 22, Nicolas Michael Metke, who served in the U.S. Navy, is mourned by his parents Terrence and Nancy Metke, sister Natalie, grandmother Betty Matkovich, and a caring extended family. He was a cherished nephew, cousin, and companion to Emily Jo Markle.

Fondly remembered for his love of fixing cars and fishing, Nicolas was known for lighting up any space with his infectious smile and laughter. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th, from 12-4:00 p.m., featuring a U.S. Navy Honor Guard service at 3:00 p.m. Followed by a Pastoral Service honoring Nicola's memory. Inurnment will be private.
