Annmarie Gorecki Devine, age 67, passed away peacefully on June 4, 2025, surrounded by family. Born in Blue Island, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Dr. Joseph F. Gorecki and LaVerne Gorecki. Annmarie is survived by her siblings Joseph III, David J., Daniel J., Jude, Cathy, John J., and Christopher P. Gorecki. Described as a treasured aunt, godmother, and friend, she exuded love and kindness to all. Her unwavering faith and generous nature led her to volunteer at Holy Name Catholic Church, Owensboro Catholic Schools, and the American Red Cross. Annmarie welcomed all into her home, including her loyal dog, Roxy.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Anthony’s Hospice at the St. Anthony’s Hospice Giving Tree are appreciated for the care provided.
