Ronald Lanz, 78, of Flossmoor, passed away on June 8, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Jacquelyn G. Lanz and loving father of John, Ronald, and Kevin. Ronald was the cherished grandfather of Ashley Johnson, Zachary, Alexander, Christian, Lauren, and Camryn, and the proud great-grandfather of Daisy Mae and Remington. Preceded in death by siblings Diane Hansen and Dennis, Ronald leaves behind many other family members and friends to honor his memory.

Born on August 26, 1946, in Chicago, IL, to Edward and Valeria Lanz, Ronald was a proud member of the Romin’ Chariots car club and had a passion for classic cars. He enjoyed boating and riding his Harley-Davidson, reveling in the freedom of the open road and water.

Visitation for Ronald will be at Krueger Funeral Home in Blue Island on Saturday, June 14th from 8:30 AM until 12:00 PM, followed by interment at St. Casimir Cemetery in Chicago, IL.
