ORLAND PARK, June 22, 2025 - Theresa S. Lisak, nee Dulemba, age 67, loving wife of the late Matthew W. Lisak, adored mother of Kimberly and Benjamin, and cherished grandmother of Norah, has passed away. She was the devoted daughter of the late Wladyslaw and Maria Dulemba and dear sister of Joseph and Casey Dulemba.

Theresa was known for her talents in baking and crafting, with a passion for capturing memories in scrapbooks. Her acts of kindness touched many lives, leaving behind beautiful memories and warm hearts. She was a dedicated wife, sister, and mother who found joy in nurturing her home and family.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at Colonial Chapel in Orland Park, with the Memorial Service to follow. A dinner gathering will be organized at the Highlander House in Palos Heights after the services, and a live-stream of the Memorial Service will be available online.
