Frederick C. “Rick” Beyer Jr., a US Army Veteran, aged 78, passed away suddenly on August 16, 2025. He was the son of the late Fred and Margaret “Pat” Beyer, and the loving brother of Jean, Paul (late Leslie), and Brian (Joanne) Beyer. Frederick was cherished as an uncle to Mandy Penn, Paul Ryan Beyer, Thomas (Bridgette) Beyer, and Kathleen (Matt) Fennell, and as a great-uncle to Cody, Lily, Brighton, and Flora.

A longtime employee of Most Holy Redeemer Parish, Frederick's impact will be remembered with love and warmth by those whose lives he touched. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., with the funeral on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. from Curley Funeral Home in Chicago Ridge to Most Holy Redeemer Church in Evergreen Park for Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Mary Cemetery.
